ugh. I hate that I even have to write this, but since I run a business, and people have repeatedly proven that they don't respect normal boundaries, I have to have these written somewhere for everyone to reference. This is business, after all.
I understand that schedules may change and things out of your control happen. We require at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours, or for clients that "no show" will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.
If you are over 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, I may have to reschedule your appointment. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If I do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment, you will be marked as a "No Show" and your card will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.
If you have "No Showed" twice in one year, your third missed appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the appointment scheduled, and will no longer be able to book an appointment with me.
To protect you:
I respect and honor your time. If I need to cancel your appointment due to unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances with less than 24 hours notice, I will do everything I can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
By booking an appointment with me at Hair by Jessie Ryan LLC, you are agreeing to these terms and agree to have a credit card on file in order to pay all incurred fees if necessary.
